Let's Talk Comic Books & Genre Media!

Welcome! I hope you enjoy reading our contributors’ blogs!* If you want to talk and engage with contributor, or if you disagree with something, well, that’s what the comments are for! Just remember to keep it civil and that a disagreement is not cause for an all-out war!

All of our Contributors have areas they tend to focus on, but not a single one of them is a one-trick pony. You can’t pigeon-hole greatness. You can learn a little bit more about out talented writers and reviewers, head over to the Contributors page. Even better? Check out their posts. No all of our folks have started to post yet, but expect to see continuing content growth. In addition to their blogs, they also write reviews, are ready and willing to participate in Questions, Answers, and Conversations under the Community menu item, as well as the Digressor Chat, hosted on Discord (you can log into your Discord account on the page), and WWBD? What Would Buffy D0?, an advice column for issues related to fandom, genre quandaries (is it still ok to love Harry Potter? is Harry Potter satanic?) and other more pragmatic issues.

We even have a Real Talk About the Real World page where bloggers can, if they are moved to, blog on current events in the broader world. Nothing exists in a vacuum. The genres this site focuses on are impacted by real world events, and sometimes real world events grow out of discussions and interactions with comic books, sci-fi, sword & sorcery . . .

To get to each blog you may select the blogger from the dropdown, of click on the name of the blogger below. For a less curated read, you can always go to Post Central, which includes all blog posts and reviews ordered most recent to least.
